Therapy with me is a space where you can:

Holding space for grief, healing, and everything in between.

Loss and life changes can include:

  • Stress and anxiety are common responses to many types of loss—not just death.

  • Loss can include a loved one, a job, a relationship, health, or a sense of safety or identity.

  • These changes can create a sense of instability or overwhelm.

  • The body and mind may respond with:

    • Constant worry or racing thoughts

    • Trouble sleeping or concentrating

    • Irritability or emotional outbursts

    • Physical symptoms like tension, headaches, or fatigue

  • These reactions are normal signs of grief and adjustment.

  • Understanding the connection between loss and anxiety can help guide healing and support.
